The following exercises are conducted at the competitions:

- exercise "Classical duel on one target" (1 and 2 part)
- exercise "Duel with a turn" (1 and 2 part)
- exercise "Duel with vertical shelter"
- exercise "Duel with horizontal shelter"
Throwing is produced by a general offset for men and women without division into leagues.
