Dmitry Razumovsky, Head Office of the "B" ("Vympel") Center for Special Purpose Federal Security Service, Colonel. He died during the liberation of the hostages during the terrorist attack in Beslan. He was posthumously awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation.
