A letter was received from the Christian Thiel, president of the European Association throwers, in which he expresses regret that St. Petersburg is only now received approval to conduct international tournament on the European rules. He has already contacted the Italians and they confirmed that they will take the competition. Many thanks to Alexander Morozov for him work, but now throwing tournament in Russia can be no earlier than 2018.
From the side of the EuroThrowers it is final, we sent them the Contract for signature. The Italians can still withdraw, but I think they want (and can) hold the Championship.
(Side note: Italy as well as Russia had to cancel a EuroThrowers Championship months before the date in the last 10 years. But then, this would be too late for Russia to take over.)
I will tell you place and date once we have the final signed papers. (The other details will be arriving in spring/summer.)
